  • Serves up to 4 people. Spicy slow cooked lamb curry with whole spices and peppers.

What we provide:

  • Cubed Lamb
  • Karahi Gravy
  • Capsicum and Onion
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Chilli
  • Whole Garam Masala
  • Garnish - Ginger julienne & Coriander 

 What you will need:

  • Oil - 50ml
  • Pot with lid
  • Ladle
  • Salt (optional to taste)

Step 1:  Heat oil on a medium flame, add whole garam masala

Step 2:  Add ginger, garlic chilli, cook it until golden brown

Step 3:  Now add the raw lamb and mix it well

Step 4:  Sprinkle some salt and cook it for 20 mins stirring it occasionally

Step 5:  Now add capsicum and onion and cook it for a further 5 mins

Step 6:  Pour gravy into the pot mix it well and cook with the lid on for further 20 mins or until the lamb is cooked

Step 7:  Check and adjust the salt according to your taste. Finish it with the garnish
