Naan Bread Instructions

What we provide:

  • 6 dough balls

Allergens: - Milk, Gluten.

What you will need:

  • Oil/ Plain Flour
  • Rolling Pin
  • Non-Stick Pan
  • Oven Grill
  • Ghee or butter to spread.

Step 1:  Preheat the grill setting in the oven to maximum. Place a non-stick pan on a gas burner or electric hob. Before placing the naan you need to make sure the pan is hot

Step 2:  Spread oil or Dust flour on the work surface. Roll the dough balls into flatbread with 2mm height and 20 cm diameter.

Step 3:  Place it in the hot pan and cook it for 1 minute.

Step 4:  Now take the pan and leave it under the grill for approximately 1 or 2 mins – or until the Naan has puffed up with a nice charred look.

Step 5:  Garnish it with ghee or butter & serve!
